Supa italiana
Supa italiana: 2 cepe, 2 morcovi, 2 linguri ulei de masline, 1 foaie de dafin, 2 tulpini de telina, 400 g conserva de fasole boabe alba, 400g de rosii din conserva taiate, 1 l supa legume, 1 lingurita oregano uscat, sare, piper, 1 legatura busuioc, 3 dovlecei, 4 catei de usturoi.

Mod de preparare: Curatam ceapa, morcovii si telina, le taiem marunt si le calim in ulei incins, la foc mic, pana se inmoaie (10 minute). Adaugam usturoiul pisat, foaia de dafin, oregano, piper, sare si dovleceii si le lasam pe foc pana se rumenesc. Adaugam fasolea, supa si rosiile si le fierbem 25 de minute. Se serveste cu busuioc verde tocat marunt.
