Supa de sfecla

Ingrediente pentru supa de sfecla: 500 g sfecla rosie fiarta; 3 cartofi; 1 lingura ulei masline, 1 lingurita zahar, 1 radacina de patrunjel, 2 morcovi, 1 ardei, 1 ceapa, 3 rosii, sare, piper, 1 legatura marar, 1 lamaie.

Mod de preparare: Fierbem legumele (morcovii, ardeiul, radacina de patrunjel, ceapa tocata marunt si ardeiul taiat fasii). Cand zarzavatul e aproape fiert, adaugam cartofii si sfecla. Dupa ce s-au fiert, adaugam mararul tocat si amestecat cu sucul de lamaie, sare si piper. Se poate servi atat calda, cat si rece.
