Supa de cartofi

Ingrediente:
500g cartofi, 2 morcovi, 1 pastarnac, 1 radacina patrunjel, jumatate de telina, 2-3 rosii, 2.5l apa, 1 ceapa

Instructiuni:
1 ) Curatam, spalam bine zarzavatul si-l taiem cubulete mici, tocam ceapa si le punem la fiert.
2 ) Dupa ce s-au fiert pe jumatate, adaugam si cartofii taiati in cuburi mici.
3 ) Cand cartofii sunt aproape fierti, punem rosiile curatate de pielite si seminte, taiate in felii. Daca nu avem rosii putem pune bulion sau suc de rosii.
4 ) Lasam sa mai dea putin in clocot.

Cand servim, presaram deasupra patrunjel verde tocat marunt.

Se poate adauga si o lingura de untdelemn, cand punem cartofii.
