Salata de primavara

Ingrediente:
2 salate verzi, 2-3 gulii, 3 castraveti, 1 legatura ridichi, 1 ceapa, ulei, otet (sau zeama de lamaie), sare, piper

Instructiuni:
1 ) Spalam bine salata, lasam sa se scurga de apa si o taiem fideluta
2 ) Curatam castravetii si ridichile, spalam si taiem in feliute subtiri.
3 ) Guliile curatate si spalate le dam pe razatoarea mare.
4 ) Amestecam totul, adaugam ceapa taiata solzisori, uleiul, otetul si potrivim de sare si piper dupa gust.

Putem s-o face si fara ulei.
