Salata de peste afumat

1 peste afumat (macrou)
1 ceapa potrivita
1-2 castraveciori murati in otet
- piper, mustar dulce - dupa gust
- maioneza (de post)

Pestele curatat de oase si taiat bucatele se amesteca cu ceapa taiata, castraveciorii taiati bucatele, piperul si mustarul amestecat cu maioneza. Este o salata de peste delicioasa si apreciata de toti cei care au gustat-o, pe care eu o pregatesc deseori, mai ales de sarbatori.
