Salata de ciuperci marinate

Ingrediente:
1 kg. ciuperci, 100 ml ulei, 100 ml otet, 2 foi de dafin, boabe de mustar, sare, piper

Instructiuni:
1 ) Alegem ciuperci de cultura albe de preferinta mici.
2 ) Curatam si spalam ciupercile in cateva ape.
2 ) Fierbem ciupercile 15 min in apa clocotita cu sare, apoi lasam sa se scurga apa.
3 ) Fierbem cu 200 ml apa otetul, uleiul, sarea, piperul si foile de dafin.
4 ) Dupa ce s-a racit, turnam peste ciupercile aranjate in borcan.
5 ) Punem boabele de mustar, inchidem ermetic borcanul si-l pastram la temperatura camerei.
