Paste cu nuca si miere
Ingrediente: 1 punga paste, 200 g nuci, 3 l apa, 3 linguri zahar, sare, scortisoara, vin.

Mod de preparare: Pastele se fierb in apa clocotita cu putina sare si scortisoara, timp de 8 minute. Se scurg si se clatesc cu apa rece. Nucile se toaca si se pun la rumenit in ulei incins. Se amesteca pastele cu nucile, mierea si vinul. Incalziti compozitia la foc mic, timp de 2 minute. La final adaugati zaharul si putin rom. Pofta buna.
