Pastai cu portocala
Ingrediente: 500 gr pastai, o portocala, o ceapa, un catel usturoi, sare, ulei de masline.

Mod de preparare: Pastaile se curata de codite si se spala. Ceapa taiata marunt si usturoiul se calesc intr-o cratita in ulei de masline. Se adauga pastaile, apa calda si coaja rasa de portocala. Le fierbem la foc mic pana ce pastaile se inmoaie. Dupa ce s-au fiert, punem portocala taiata in cuburi. Le mai tinem pe foc vreme de 3 minute. Pofta buna.
