Crema de zarzavaturi

Ingrediente:
2 cartofi, 2 morcovi, 1 telina mica, 1 praz, 2 rosii (sau suc de rosii), 2 cepe, 1 legatura de patrunjel, 1 ceasca de ulei, sare, piper.

Instructiuni:
1 ) Curatam si spalam zarzavaturile si le taiem marunt.
2 ) Fierbem zarzavaturile cu apa si ulei pana se sfarma.
3 ) Le pasam pana devin ca o crema.
4 ) Daca este prea consistenta, o subtiem cu putina apa, iar daca este prea subtire, se ingroasa cu 2 linguri fulgi de porumb, dizolvati in putina apa rece.
