Crema de usturoi
Ingrediente:
 
6 catei usturoi, 100 ml suc lamaie, 400 g cartofi, 100 ml ulei masline presat la rece, sare.
 
Mod de preparare:
 
Cartofii fierti cu restul ingredientelor se mixeaza in blender, uleiul adaugandu-se treptat. Crema se poate orna cu masline si se serveste pe paine prajita.
