Conopida rumenita
Ingrediente: 1 conopida, boabe de mustar, sare, piper, ulei, coriandru.

Mod de preparare: Conopida se spala si se lasa in apa vreme de 30 min. Se pune la rumenit in ulei incins, impreuna cu boablele de mustar, timp de 3 minute, la foc mare. Se adauga coriandru, piper si sare peste conopida. Este lasata pe foc mic 10 minute. Se serveste calda. Pofta buna.
