Ciuperci cu masline

Ingrediente: 1 kg ciuperci, 400g masline, 3 cepe, 400 ml suc de rosii sau 500 g de rosii, 100 ml vin alb, 200 ml ulei, patrunjel, piper, 1 foaie de dafin, 1/2 lamaie mare, fara coaja.

Mod de preparare: Ciupercile se spala si se curata, apoi se stropesc cu zeama de lamaie. Ceapa se taie marunt si se prajeste in ulei incins. Se adauga apa, rosile date pe razatoare mare, ciupercile taiate felii si maslinele. Cand ciupercile au fiert, se adauga vinul, piperul, foaia de dafin si felii de lamaie curatate de coaja. Compozitia se introduce la cuptor timp de 15 min. Inainte de servire se adauga patrunjel verde, taiat marunt. Pofta buna.
