Ciuperci a la grec

Ingrediente: 800 g ciuperci; 300 g ceapa; 2 lingurite de zeama de lamaie;  2 grame sare de lamaie; 3 legaturi de marar; 100 ml ulei de masline extravirgin; 100 ml vin (optional); sare si piper dupa gust

Mod de preparare: ciupercile se curata, se spala si se taie bucati mari. Ceapa taiata marunt se caleste in ulei incins, se adauga ciupercile, vinul si se lasa la fiert. Cand s-au inmuiat ciupercile, se adauga zeama de lamaie, mararul tocat marunt si se mai fierbe foarte putin. Se pune sare si piper, dupa gust.
