Banane la gratar

Ingrediente:

4 banane
2 linguri zahar
2 lingurite esenta rom
2 linguri coniac
4 linguri alune sau nuci macinate

Mod de preparare:

1. Bananele se aseaza pe gratar si se frig pe ambele parti, pana ce coaja devine maronie.

2. La fiecare banana se curata o fasie groasa de coaja, in partea superioara. Pulpa fierbinte de fruct se presara cu zahar, esenta de rom, coniac si nuci macinate. Bananele se consuma cu lingurita direct din coaja.
